韩伟先生是浙江师范大学附属花园外国语学校 国际部的联合创始人。该校是一所自幼儿园至高中的十五年一贯制民办学校，占地341亩，总投资7亿元。国际部将推行一条龙的IB课程，同时深度融合中国课程和浙江省要求的教材。学校于2016年正式开始投建，韩伟先生就带领团队紧密、高效投入工作，六个月即成功筹办了国际部的示范幼儿园，让学生提前半年享受到纯正的国际双语教育环境。国际部以学生和家长的体验和口口相传展开营销策略，示范园很快达到了满园。
韩伟先生亦曾担任香港陆陈国际汉语教育集团国际教学部主任；香港和中国知名IB世界学校的IB国际汉语教学统筹，IB国际文凭课程考官。具有丰富的IB国际学校教学和管理经验，专研IB国际课程与中国国家课程、香港本地课程的融合性开发。

Wesley HAN Wei, a Chinese national, who has an MA in Teaching Chinese As a Foreign Language from Polytechnic University of HK, and a BA in Chinese and English Translation.
Wesley started his
education career as an IB Chinese A and B teacher in HK, and then he became a
Chinese subject examiner and workshop leader, when he worked in an IB school in
Indonesia. Wesley specializes in the following areas:
- Combining Chinese national curriculum standards and requirements with IB
programmes and practices
- Curriculum Design, developing and implementing IB programmes meeting globally
recognized standards
- Migrating curricula from national standards and content to IB programmes of
study - Onsite programmes to prepare
for and successfully secure international accreditation
- International bilingual school set up
